What happens if an order changes after filing?

FDA regulation requires a separate Prior Notice for each article of food in a shipment (21 CFR 1.281), tied to the exact shipment details submitted. If your order's contents, quantities, or manufacturer details change after our team has already filed, the original filing can't simply be edited or reused — a new filing is required, and costs an additional credit. This reflects the actual work involved, not a penalty: our specialists already completed accurate work based on the information provided at the time.
